Economic activities in Jos city, the Plateau State capital, is partially paralyzed with the current strike been embarked on by a faction of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and the Civil Society Organizations
Banks and other government offices are already under lock and key, with the workers staying at home in compliance with the directive of the NLC.
Information however just reaching our news desk indicates that the court of Appeal Jos division is sitting, while the State High Court workers have put their gates under lock and key.
Traders in Jos city seem not to be complaining as they seem to be in support of the strike.
