By: Valentine Adese and Alfred Saiki,

From Bassa Local Government Area in the Northern zone of the state, to Langtang North Local Government Area in the Southern zone, the level of disenchantment of members of the party is already filling the air.

While the people of Pengana in Bassa LGA, from report, have already abandoned the process of selecting their members within the party, to fill the vacant positions in the Transition/Management Committee, the process in Langtang North was greeted with stones that made members take to their heels. In Jos north, the process witnessed members driving physical fists on the faces of each other, from the opposing sides within the party.

In Kanam Local Government Area, a repeat of the alleged exercise of  yesterday saw, Hon. Isah Adamu Jika and Daniel Gungun emerging today as selected Chairman and Secretary respectively.

The meeting was presided over by the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Sale Shehu and the LGA party Chairman.

Prominent Kanam Sons in the meeting today were, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Gagdi, (former Deputy Speaker PLHA, representing Kantana state Constituency), all party Chairmen from the 17 wards in Kanam and their EXCOs. All LGA party elders, Commissioner 2 in SUBEB, Hon. Yahuza Kyansar, Ali Shuaibu Gyangyang, all SAs to the Governor from Kanam, LGA.
