SEN. BUKOLA SARAKI: NIGERIA'S WAITING RELIEF-- PUNDITS

By: Valentine Adese, Alfred Saiki and Joy Olohi,

Experts in the field of Politics have started to bear their minds out on the on-going performance in the Nigerian National Assembly, especially, as Distinguished Senators, begin to take deserving and long expected steps, to review the 1999 Constitution and other Laws of the country.

SEN. SARAKI, SENATE PRESIDENT
Some of the pundits, who took their time to speak with REALITY, hold that, the Senate President, Sen.  Bukola Saraki, deserves a clap for helping to deepen Nigeria's democratization process with the on-going review of the 1999 Constitution.

With very short expressions, others, like Mr. Chizoba Nnabugwu, a Professional Accountant and public affairs commentator, in summary said, “This fact is widely known and accepted for its axiomatic nature. But for Sen. Bukola Saraki’s sturdy stand against inordinate political adventurism and the exhibition of unprecedented courage that his type rubs on democratic tenets, the democracy Nigeria enjoys today, wouldn't be this fine”.

Adding that, “Sen. Bukola, like only very few Nigerians, has paid his dues to the Nigerian soil in service, yet, there's so much to fetch from the vast experience and skills of this great African”.
