Musa had told the Court in an Affidavit that the incident happened in Bukuru in Jos South Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State on the 2nd of March 2016 and that the DSS came into his room and shot him, while he was sleeping.
You would recall that REALITY had reported that the last time this matter came up for hearing in the court there was a motion praying the Court to transfer the case to Bauchi state.
Confirming the slated judgment for tomorrow, the Plaintiff’s Counsel, Idris (Esq) has shown REALITY the hearing Notice from the Court.
