I AM AN APOSTLE AND DISCIPLE OF RESTRUCTURING. IT IS NOT A MATTER OF WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT, IT MUST BE RESTRUCTURED! ---SENATOR JANG

By; Valentine Adese,

Distinguished Senator, Jonah David Jang has reiterated that he is an apostle and disciple of restructuring in the country.

SEN. JONAH JANG
Sen. Jang re-echoed his stands on the need for restructuring the country during a media interactive session with selected Journalists in Plateau state during the weekend.

Sen. Jang, who was re-establishing his stands with respect to the call for the restructuring of the country, pointed out that the country is not working because the country is running a Presidential and Federal system, yet running it as Unitary system.

“The two cannot work together!” He stated.

While also fielding answers to questions with respect to his posters and Bill Boards that have flooded the streets of Jos and its environs, calling him to come out and contest the Presidential seat from the Middle-Belt, Sen. Jang said he was waiting to hear from God but that, if he does hear from God, he would make his promises and action plans known to Nigerians in the field.

DISTINGUISHED SENATOR JANG IN PART SAID:

“I am in politics because I have an interest. I am interested in one thing or nothing. What is my key interest in politics? I am in politics to serve the people and Nigerians. I have done it in the military and now I am doing it within the political arena.

“If Nigerians, really feel that I am worthy of their confidence, and they believe I can do it, I pray and I hope to hear from my God that this is also his purpose for my life. Who am I to go against God or the people?

“If they tell me to contest, by the time I am on the field, you would hear and see what I would offer to Nigerians. Especially, when I get there!

“I am an apostle and disciple of restructuring!

“The country must be restructured because, we cannot be running a Presidential and Federal system yet, we are running a unitary system in the country. The two don’t work together!

“If we want to run a Federal system, then we must run it properly.

“You see, it is unfortunate that we the military, we believe in unitary. You know I was a governor under the military right? And any time we are in power, we always introduce and run a unitary form of government. So, when we wanted to give the country a constitution, we don’t really look deep into it. We ended up giving the people of the country a unitary constitution to be operated in a federal system.

“That is why nothing is working!

“So, it is not a matter of whether we like it or not, it must be restructured!”
