All is now set for the Plateau State Chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), to play host to the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to hold on 8th February, 2018, in Jos the Plateau State capital at Hill Station Hotel Conference Hall by 10am.
The event is expected to draw its members from across the 36 states of the federation including, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The event is slated to have a thought-provoking paper titled: “Widowhood and Girl Child Prospects amidst Complex Cultures and Traditions in Nigeria”, to be presented by the Guest Speaker, Prof. C.J. Dakas, Dean Faculty of Law University of Jos.
The opening ceremony of this historic event would be under the Distinguish Chairmanship of Prof. Suleiman Bogoro, former Executive Secretary of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund).
