PLATEAU: COMMISSIONER FOR INFORMATION, HON. DATI, FROWNS AT SCHOOL PROPRIETOR OVER POOR KNOWLEDGE OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL BUS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT

By: Valentine Adese and Reuben Egbah,

The Commissioner for Information Plateau state, Hon. Yakubu Dati has strongly frowned at the proprietor of Our Lady of Fatima, Nursery and Primary School Kuru, in Jos South Local Government Area (LGA) of the state, for having alleged poor knowledge of the number of students in the School bus before it was involved in a fatal accident this morning.

HON. YAKUBU DATI
The Commissioner, who humbly sat in a bus filled with journalists, who are embarking on inspecting projects of the All Progressive Congress (APC) administration led by Rt. Hon. Simong Bako Lalong in the state, was shock to hear from the proprietor, Mrs. Florence Golam, that she does not know the number pupils in the accident bus.

However, information just reaching the newsroom of REALITY suggests that, over 2 or 3 pupils may have lost their lives in the unfortunate accident this morning.

The accident according to our reporter suggests also that, the school bus was on its way picking pupils to school before it was involved in the fatal accident.

In another development, the ongoing bridge linking Masalachin Idi and Nagwan Rogo in Jos North LGA being constructed by the Governor Lalong led administration has been inspected.

Details coming soon!
