By: Lebel Daniel Musuka,

Reactions have started trailing the newly formed Tudun Wada Youth Forum (TWYF) in Jos Plateau state, as the organizers of the new group have been made to clarify their intentions in a meeting called by the Unit Leaders in Tudun Wada Community.
You would recall that in an earlier interview granted REALITY by the Secretary of the forum, Mr. Shemshak Danladi Kassam, he had raised concerns on the erstwhile leadership of its inactiveness and not pursuing the cause of the community. He went further to describe how the community has been missing out in terms of development because of the erstwhile EXCO.

In a clear the air meeting yesterday (March 7, 2018) between the leadership of the newly formed TWYF and the Unit Leaders of Tudun Wada community, the new TWYF explained to the Unit Leaders, that registering the body with Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC), was done with good intentions and to give the body the necessary legal backing.

Speaking to REALITY after the clear the air meeting, Mr. Danladi said, “The meeting became necessary because the Unit Leaders felt we had our own selfish interests in registering TWYF after reading your (REALITY) story. After series of deliberations and explanations on the clear intent of the forum which we told them is not associated to any form of sentiment or bias to favour any particular group of individuals, but rather to the betterment of Tudun Wada youths and the community at large”.

Mr. Danladi went further to state that, “The discussions saw the Unit Leaders present accepting and understanding the issues raised and ironed out by the forum. They applauded our developmental effort and agenda in trying to revamp the forum”.

“The forum used that opportunity to inform the Unit Leaders of their forth coming congress meeting which is slated to hold on Saturday March 10th 2018 at LEA primary school Tudun Wada where they all agreed to be in attendance as they appreciated what we have done so far”, Mr. Danladi stated.
