2024: NUJ PLATEAU COUNCIL’S PRESS WEEK ENTERS 3RD DAY

The Plateau State Council’s Press Week has entered its third (3^rd) day, with a planned Novelty Football Match at the Zaria Road Stadium.

PLATEAU COUNCIL'S NUJ MEMBERS

You would recall that the week, which started on Monday, 9^th September 2024, saw members of the Council, led by the State Council Chairman, Journalist Ayuku Pwaspo and her Exco, leading other members to carry out Community Service at Jos City Center.

 

AYUKU, CHAIRMAN

The exercise, which started from the NUJ Press Center, terminated at the renowned Terminus Market Roundabout, with members dressed in the NUJ T-shirt.

The Community exercise was commended by the Plateau State Environmental Protection and Sanitation Agency (PEPSA) because of its success and its tendency to encourage others, and groups to do the same. 

MARY, SECRETARY

Yesterday, Tuesday, the 10^th of September 2024, saw the members having Free Medical Checkups as they listen to Health Talks and Advices from Professionals.

The Chairman, Ayuku and the Organizers of the events have continued to commend members for their turnout and participation.
