JUST IN: HUZAIFA IBRAHIM vs ALIYU IBRAHIM ALIYU & 5 OTHERS: SYMPATHIZERS FOR THE DEFENDANTS TROOP IN THEIR NUMBERS WITH PLACARDS TO COURT

Although the hearing of the Direct Criminal Case, No: JMMC/DCR/201/2024, filed by one Huzaifa Ibrahim Aliyu, against one Aliyu Ibrahim Aliyu, at the Senior District Court of Plateau State, sitting at Main Market 4 was stalled today, as the Court could not sit for reasons yet to be made known to Journalists who were there to witness the proceedings, sympathizers for the Defendants carrying placards, with various inscriptions in their hundreds were in Court to witness the proceedings and show support for them.

GROUP OF SYMPATHIZERS

It took time for the Counsel to the Defendants, Lawrence Anyia (Esq) to calm them down over their zeal to show their concerns and frustrations over the case filed by Huzaifa.

Explaining the attempt to Journalists in an on the spot-interview to calm them, Anyia (Esq) said, “I only made them to know that we came to seek justice and defend the Defendants over the Direct Complaints”.

SYMPATHIZERS

You would recall that REALITY had reported that from the face of the Motion on Notice filed by Huzaifa, other Defendants in the matter are: Badaru Nuhu, Umar Aliyu, Auwal , Yahaya and Abubakar Yakubu (a. k. a. Bobby).

The matter has been adjourned to the 5^th of February 2025.
