Mr. Dati said, Recertification of Land Documents, Registration and Issuance of Land Titles, among other business transactions would enjoy same deductions.

You would recall that REALITY had reported that, The Plateau State Ministry of Lands, Survey and Town Planning has warned land owners, who want to pay their Ground Rents to be very careful of imposters, who come claiming to be staff of the Ministry.

The warning was handed down also by, Mr. Yakubu Dati, the Commissioner of the Ministry, while addressing and explaining the issues concerning Land Recertification, Registration, Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, Right of Occupancy and other Business Transactions to Land owners.
