PLATEAU: ADP STATE CONGRESS: STATE CHAIRMAN, HON. CAPT. V. LAMDA (Rtd), OTHER EXCO MEMBERS, TAKE OATH OF OFFICE/ALLEGIANCE

Action Democratic Party (ADP) Plateau State chapter has completed its State Congress with the taking of the Oath of Office/Allegiance by Hon. Capt. Lamda Venmark (Rtd, as the State Chairman, and Hon. Bitrus Boyi Ngah, as the State Secretary.

Others, who took their Oaths include, Malong Bartholomew Datong, Ngo Lyop Luka Derek, Elder Dauda Manye, Nanko Bindul (Esq), Sambo Kusuru, Mary Izam, Moses M. Golwa, Ayuba Bulus Yari, and Comr. Peter Taka, as Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Organizing Secretary, Publicity Secretary, Legal Adviser, Auditor, Women Leader, Youth Leader, PLWD Leader, Welfare Secretary and Special Duties Secretary respectively.

The Oaths were ministered to them by, Joseph N. Ponsah (Esq), after a Motion of adoption was moved and seconded by voice vote, in the presence of INEC officials and other security agents.

In his remarks after taking his Oath of office, the State Chairman, Capt. Lamda (Rtd) said, his target is to win all elections in the state.

ADP CHAIRMAN PLATEAU STATE

He said, “I believe we must win elections in the state. We must work like fire. I will serve you all as Chairman by putting in my very best. I appreciate you all. Thank you!”.

While giving his vote of thanks, the Secretary, Hon. Boyi said, INEC has done justice to every Nigerian, by influencing the President to sign the 2022 electoral Act.

According to him, anybody can now win election.

He said, “It make us now to have faith that, election is no longer for the bigger or oldest party, as everybody now  has an opportunity of winning from the provisions of the new Electoral Act.

According to the party’s document, those, who are also expected to take their Oaths are, Bedanke Pius Yelwat, Elder Sunday D. Baling (JP), Elder Jacob Panyam, Hon. Saidu Idris, Denis Sabitu Bala, and John Ajiji Kaze, as Deputy Chairman, Vice Chairman (Northern Zone), Vice Chairman (Central Zone), Vice Chairman (Southern Zone). Deputy Secretary, Asst. Secretary respectively among others.
