The Universal Peace and Violence Amelioration Centre (UPVAC), a Non-Governmental Organization in Nigeria is already at Bokkos Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State, addressing some pressing needs of over 7000 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the Local Government.
You would recall that the communities in Bokkos and Mangu LGAs of Plateau State have come under attack by unknown gunmen, which left behind several hundred killed and others homeless.
It is of note
that, REALITY had reported that, as the world commemorates the 2024 International
Day of Social Justice, UPVAC, a Non-Governmental Organization in Nigeria had
formulated a significant initiative to help address some of the pressing needs of
the IDPs in Bokkos Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State, Nigeria.
