The Spokesman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Slyvanus Namang has described the constant verbal attacks on the gubernatorial candidate of the APC, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda, by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as, “Nonsense”.
Hon. Namang, who made this remark at the unveiling of the running mate to the APC gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Pam Botmang, at the Plateau State APC party office said, the PDP still has not stop giving false information to the people of the State and has always failed to make proper checks before disseminating wrong information to the public.
According to him, “It is annoying to hear from a political party like the PDP that, INEC has not issued, Dr. Nentawe his Certificate of Return because, he has not been cleared. Is this not NONSENSE? The world and Nigerians know that, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), only gives Certificate of Return after an election and political parties issued same after party primary elections.
“Well, their comment suggests that, they have already considered defeat even before the election begins. We thank them!”
Hon. Namang, who read out part of the Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the running mate to Dr. Nentawe, also claims that, the CV of Pam Botmang is as long as that of the gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Nentawe.
