Nigerians have again been urged to continue to have faith in the country despite the daunting economic challenges that have bedeviled the Nation
The Nasarawa State Chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Francis Orogu, made this appeal in his Easter Message to Christians and other Nigerians, as they commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
He called on Nigerians to remain “focused, committed, and steadfast in line with the virtues of Christ who sacrificed himself for the sake of mankind”.

He noted that the country is certainly going through its worst moments which calls for sacrifice from all, while charging those in leadership positions to strife towards the provision of the Dividend of Democracy to the electorates.
He further challenged those in authority to prioritize the welfare and well-being of the citizens, while pointing out that they should stop paying lip service to the plight of the citizenry.
The PDP State Chairman advised Nigerians, irrespective of their social standing, religion, and political interest to live sacrificial lives by emulating the life of Jesus Christ.
To PDP members, Mr. Orogu, urged them to be weary of fifth columnists in the party.
He promised that the successes made in 2023 by the party in the state would continue to remain their focal point and direction, ahead for 2027.
Adding that “what the nation needs at this trying moment is dedication, sincerity of purpose and unity”.
