These gory incidences which have obviously shaken the very foundations of our peace, cohesion, stability and unity as a people are indeed worrisome. We therefore condole with His Excellency Rt. Hon. Barr. Simon BakoLalong the Executive Governor of Plateau State as well as the Government and good people of the State over these ugly developments”.

Government should also ensure that perpetrators of violence are brought to book towards averting future occurrences. We also implore all citizens of our dear Plateau State to embrace peace, maintain vigilance and give support to Government in its efforts to sustaining peace, development and progress in the state.
“We particularly commend the Executive Governor for his focus, humility and calmness in the midst of the storm. The Governor’s composure at this trying moment is indeed a rare inspiration in exemplary leadership. At this point we wish to applaud the Governor Lalong administration for its unparalleled peace initiatives which have enabled over a six-year regime of peace in the state, thereby placing it on a higher pedestal within the period.”
The Forum took the opportunity to salute the security agencies for their doggedness in the discharge of their statutory functions.
