6th May, 2022, was another memorable day in Bassa Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State, as a renowned Radio On-Air-Personality (OAP) with Jayfm 101.9 Jos, Zoe Machunga, took her birthday celebration to the LGA.
As a tradition, she took the celebration to the LGA in order to celebrate with Orphans at IGYE-AKO Hope for the Hopeless Home in Agingi, in Bassa.
The celebration featured Music, Comedy, Funfair, Eating/Drinking, among others to make the homeless feel at home.
In her thank you remarks to the Orphans, the contributors to the program and the attendees, copied from her WhatsApp message, Zoe, expressed her appreciation to all.
She said, “Beautiful day to you all. I can’t quite express how much all the birthday wishes meant to me. I adored each and every one of you and I want you know to know how much I appreciate each of you taking a little time out of your day to think of me, to wish me well, and to support my journey.
“I’m floored by your kindness. I love you all so much! Thanks for all your contributions and support, I’m very grateful.
“God bless you all. The children at the orphanage say a Huge Thank you and send their prayers and blessings along”.
