PLATEAU: JUST IN: ADOPTION OF FINAL WRITTEN ADDRESSES IN APPEAL FILED BY SEN. NAPOLEON, OTHER, ON-GOING

The adoption of Counsel’s Final Written Addresses in the Appeal filed by Sen. Napoleon the Senator representing Plateau Southern Senatorial District is ongoing at the Court of Appeal.

Sen. Napoleon is challenging the decision of the National/State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal that sacked him from the Red Chambers over the Petition filed by the immediate past governor of the State, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong, who is now a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Others are the Appeal filed by Hon. Beni Lar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) vs Hon. Bulus Venman and the All Progressive Congress (APC), and Hon. Baggos, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against Alfred of the Labour Party (LP).
