MR. ALEX LADAN, CHANGING THE DYNAMICS OF LEADERSHIP AND POLITICS IN PLATEAU STATE, A STRIDE TO WATCH

By: Valentine Adese (JP), stride

That Mr. Alex Ladan, contested for the seat of governor in the 2019 general elections in Plateau State, is no longer news, as he has been able to make and prove a point, while driving the process home to the youths and bring hope to the poor in the state that, “THEY CAN”!

Mr. Ladan did not only contest the elections, but was able to square up with the “Who is Who” in the state, right from the campaigns to the debates. He was able to prove from his stand point that, it was the will and abilities that matter most in the race to be the leader of the people and assembling it, with the needed job enlargement and enrichment of the office.

From the 2019 contest, for the number one seat of Plateau, Mr. Ladan has showcased it beautifully that leadership must be driven by purpose and defined goals hence, his recent symposium organized with the Plateau State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) never came to the citizenry as a surprise.

You would recall that, Mr. Ladan in conjunction with the PDP had seen the need to change and cause a new paradigm in Plateau State leadership and politics hence, the symposium.

Although the symposium is based on the theme, Visionary and Purposeful Leadership in Nigeria, it is more narrowed on finding ways to refine the political purpose of seeking leadership in Plateau State, from the state level through to the Local Government (LG) administrations.

Mr. Ladan, a young promising MAN and a Plateau State future hope,  is already impacting more on the old and the young on how Plateau State could be better, as we approach 2023.

TO BE CONTINUED …!
